Picture this...a first time renovator, on her own, 2000km from home, 4 units, 4 weeks and no idea! Sounds like a recipe for disaster, doesn't it? Well, it would have been, had it not been for the Bruce factor.
Bruce from Bee-Jays worked tirelessly from tiling to painting and carpentry to plastering and fencing to anything. He could turn his hand to virtually whatever was required and was always ready to help out in any way he could. On any given day, Bruce would start work at 7am and generally not finish before 9 or 10pm, 7 days a week.
His work was always top quality,even with the tight schedule,and his commitment to help me out was unrelenting and enormously appreciated. He was always a pleasure to have on site with plenty of ideas to guide this novice renovator, I will use him as my right hand man on any future renovation project.
Custom Built Renovations
In 2003 my wife and I renovated our two storey home in Balgowlah Heights. We engaged Peter Clifton's ( Custom Built Renovations )services as our on site Project Manager/Foreman.
We found him to be an excellent problem solver, honest and reliable with a vast building knowledge as well as communicating well with both the tradesmen and ourselves. He pushed through with many changes quickly and cost effectively.
I would recommend Peter Clifton to anyone considering building or renovating.

Wallcraft painting Pty Ltd
Wallcraft Painting did a beautiful job of turning our house into our home. They did a lot more than just paint. Before starting to paint they fixed 80 years worth of holes in the walls to ensure the result would be a smooth finish throughout.
The quality of the job is evident in the solid coating of paint on all walls and ceilings - there are no brush strokes or thin patches of paint. A major enhancement to the project was that they reinstalled picture rails that had been removed some years ago - and they were able to match the original style. This made the walls look even better as the picture rails were then painted in a contrast colour to the walls adding light and life through the whole house.
The difference between the before and after is amazing thanks to their help in colour tone recommendations and the quality of their work.
